Our sound baths are designed to be easy to receive.
You lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds do the work.

No breathing techniques to follow.
No chanting.
No pressure to relax “correctly”.

Many people drift between wakefulness and sleep — and often sleep more deeply that night.

For some, it becomes a weekly reset.
A point in the week where nothing is required of you.

Sound Therapy practitioners in Devon & Cornwall

We are Karen and Anthony, the practitioners behind Devon & Cornwall Sound Therapy. Working together, we create gentle, grounding sound experiences that support rest, relaxation, and nervous system balance.

Our approach is calm, inclusive, and respectful of individual needs. We welcome those who are completely new to sound therapy as well as those with previous experience, and we always encourage people to listen to their own bodies and rest in whatever way feels right.

What to expect

  • 45-60 minutes of immersive sound
  • A soft, unhurried close and time to re-ground
