Sound Baths & Gong Baths

A calm space to rest, reset, and restore

Sound therapy uses gentle, resonant sound to support relaxation, rest, and a sense of balance. Our sound baths and gong baths offer a quiet, welcoming space to slow down, step away from everyday demands, and allow the body and mind to settle naturally.

No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to pause and listen.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided relaxation where you lie or sit comfortably while carefully chosen sounds are played around you. These may include singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments.

Rather than focusing on doing anything, you’re invited simply to rest and allow the sound to wash over you. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, restorative, and grounding.

What is a gong bath?

A gong bath uses the rich, immersive tones of gongs to create a deep, enveloping sound experience. The vibrations can feel powerful yet soothing, helping some people reach a state of relaxation more quickly than with quieter instruments alone.

Gong baths are always introduced gently, with time at the beginning and end to settle and re-orient.

What to expect

Each session is guided calmly and clearly, with plenty of time to settle in.

Typically, a session includes:

• A gentle welcome and brief introduction

• Time to get comfortable (lying down or seated)

• The sound session itself

• A quiet, unhurried close before returning to the day

There is no expectation to respond, share, or participate beyond being present.

Who are the sessions for?

Sound baths and gong baths can be helpful for people who are looking to:

• Relax and unwind

• Support rest and sleep

• Reduce stress and tension

• Create space for quiet reflection

They are suitable for most people, but if you have any concerns or questions, we’re always happy to talk things through before you attend.
