Meet Karen & Anthony<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Devon & Cornwall Sound Therapy offers calm, welcoming sound experiences designed to support rest, relaxation and well being. We are Karen and Anthony working together to create gentle sound baths and gong baths in a safe, unhurried environment. Our sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those familiar with sound therapy. Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and carefully chosen sound frequencies, we invite you to slow down, settle your body, and rest your mind. Each session is guided with care and kept simple, allowing you to relax without pressure or expectation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our approach is grounded, supportive, and inclusive. You do not need any prior experience – just a willingness to pause and take time for yourself. We believe sound can create space for calm, reflection, and balance, and we are pleased to share this experience with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
